Seller

WikiDeck is published by MBEN DEV, whose details are in the legal notice. Purchases are sold through Link, a Stripe service, which acts as the merchant of record: Link takes the payment, issues the receipt and the invoice, and collects taxes.

On your bank statement, the purchase shows as “LINK.COM* WIKI-DECK.COM”.

02

What is sold

  • The WikiDeck PRO subscription, monthly. It speeds up pack regeneration, enlarges the pack reserve, raises the number of auctions you can run at the same time and unlocks advanced market analytics. It improves no draw.
  • Credit bundles, paid once. Credits are only used on the market of the game they were bought for, and do not move from one market to the other.

Card packs, one at a time or in bundles, offered when your reserve is empty. They are ordinary packs: five cards drawn at random, with the same odds as the free packs, published and identical for everyone.

03

Prices and taxes

Prices are shown in euros on the French market and in US dollars on the English market. They include the taxes that apply in your country, which Link calculates, collects and remits.

Depending on your country, the payment page may offer to charge you in your local currency: the converted amount is shown there before you confirm. The price that applies is the one shown when you order.

04

Ordering

You choose an offer from the PRO subscription page, the Packs page or your wallet, tick the box asking for immediate performance, then pay on the payment page. The sale is concluded when the payment is confirmed.

05

Payment

You pay on Link's secure page, by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link or a local payment method depending on your country. Your bank details are never passed on to us. Your bank may ask for strong authentication.

In the Discord activity, on a computer, packs and credits are bought through Discord's own in-app purchases: Discord then takes the payment, under its own terms, and the game delivers the purchase as soon as Discord confirms it.

06

Delivery

Credits are added to your wallet as soon as the payment is confirmed, and the purchase appears in its history. The subscription is active as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Link sends you the receipt and the invoice by email.

07

Subscription: renewal and cancellation

The subscription renews every month, at the current price, until you cancel it.

You can cancel at any time from the PRO subscription page, with the “Manage subscription” button, or from your account on link.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, with no refund for that period.

When it expires, you keep your cards, credits, stock and rewards. Your running auctions go on to their end.

08

Right of withdrawal

Credits and packs. They are digital content delivered immediately. By ticking the box before paying, you ask for that immediate delivery and you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal.

Subscription. You have 14 days after subscribing to withdraw, without giving a reason, by writing to contact@wiki-deck.com from your account's address. Because you asked for the subscription to start right away, you still owe the share matching the days elapsed; the rest is refunded within 14 days, to the payment method you used.

09

Refunds and chargebacks

For a refund request or a question about a payment, you can contact Link's support at support.link.com, or write to us at contact@wiki-deck.com.

If a payment is refunded or disputed with your bank, the matching credits are removed from your wallet, and a bought pack is removed from your reserve if it has not been opened yet.

10

Conformity and complaints

You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity that applies to digital content and services. If paid credits do not show up or the subscription does not start, write to contact@wiki-deck.com: we fix it, or the payment is refunded.

11

Mediation

After a written complaint left unresolved, any consumer may turn, free of charge, to a consumer mediator. Its details are given on request at contact@wiki-deck.com.

12

Governing law

Sales are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of the protective rules of the country where you live, and you may bring a case before the court of your place of residence.

13

Personal data

Data linked to your purchases is processed as described in the privacy policy. Link processes your payment data as the seller, under its own policy.
