Sources and credits
WikiDeck stands on the work of the contributors to Wikipedia, Wikidata and Wikimedia Commons.
Updated Oct 2, 2026Wikipedia
Card titles and descriptions come from Wikipedia. They are reused under the CC BY-SA 4.0 licence.
Each card links to its article, where its authors and history are listed. Texts are shortened to fit a card; these excerpts stay under the same licence.
Wikidata
Dates, countries and the links between games, studios, publishers, series and consoles come from Wikidata, under CC0. They are what the albums are built from.
Images
Images are displayed directly from Wikimedia's servers: we keep no copy of them. Each card's page shows the author and the licence of the file.
When no image is available, the card shows a placeholder: we never claim to hold an official illustration.
Film and series posters are those Wikipedia shows on the matching article. They belong to their rights holders, are not under a free licence, and are removed on request.
Trademarks and logos
The names and logos of games, consoles and companies belong to their owners. They are only used to name the subject of a card.
Fonts and icons
The Marcellus, Barlow, Barlow Condensed and Cinzel fonts are published under the SIL Open Font License. They are served from our own site. Icons come from the Nucleo collection.
Independence
WikiDeck is an independent project, with no link to the Wikimedia Foundation, which has neither endorsed nor sponsored it. Wikipedia, Wikidata and Wikimedia Commons are trademarks of their owners.
Reporting an error
A wrong credit, an image that should not appear? Write to contact@wiki-deck.com and name the card. The image is removed while we check, and the error is fixed at the source when possible.
